Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific item.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the component in its original anti-static bag and use a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part is in its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
